We’re looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to work with our marketing team to create a broad array of marketing graphics including mobile and online ads, email campaigns, app icons, screenshots and splash screens, and web content.  In addition, there could be some video production necessary.  You must be passionate about building great images in small spaces and up for working with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work onsite when required.  Hours will vary per week, but could easily build to full-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily creating graphic assets for marketing team.
• Assisting other departments with materials, layouts, presentation materials and more.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years working as designer in advertising, marketing or similar experience
• Excellent graphic design skills, including the effective use of color, composition, and typography
• Proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating online or mobile advertising campaigns
• Love of creative collaboration and ability to take direction well
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Great creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating animated banner ads in Flash or related experience a plus.
